摘要: Abstract The growth behavior of anodic porous alumina formed on aluminum by anodizing in malic acid solutions was investigated. High-purity plates were electropolished CH3COOH/HClO4 and then anodized 0.5 M at 293 K constant cell voltages 200–350 V. grew the substrate 200–250 V, a black, burned oxide film higher voltages. nanopores only grain boundaries during initial stage anodizing, region extended to entire surface as time increased. with several defects solution 250 V, cells approximately 300–800 nm diameter.
