摘要: During the last two decades, important advances have been made in cancer research by employing transgenic animals, including transgene over-expression and more recently gene knockout techniques. Both these approaches extremely valuable defining vivo role impact of genes thought to either favor or suppress normal neoplastic cell growth. With methodologies, we can generate animal models dissect out genetic alterations associated with different stages development are also able assess environmental risk factors. In experimental oncology, liver has for many reasons always represented a primary system studying process. Thus, interest findings achieved tumorigenesis very often extends beyond hepatology implications entire field.
