摘要: Abstract This investigation focuses on the feasibility of heterogeneous welded joints between DP600 steel and aluminium 6082. The process adopted used a power laser in two modes: keyhole welding laser-induced reactive wetting. All results study show that use galvanised sheets, mode, can achieve joint shear strength 140 MPa by optimising parameters controlling penetration, which must be limited to 600 μm. Another key factor with this method is control inter-sheet gap, was achieved using clamping system ensured rigid while maintaining constant gap sufficient allow escape zinc vapour. approach enabled an increase strengths 200 MPa obtained acted as beneficial process. With wetting sheets more brittle because formation non-uniform reaction layer. presence limits growth layer and, at same time, leads mechanical deterioration joint; test indicate about 80 MPa.
