摘要: Abstract Microstructure and mechanical properties of brazed-fusion welded joint aluminum alloy to galvanized steel were studied by analyzing comparing the as-welded state that with preheat treatment at different temperatures. The process not only increased spreadability weld seam thickness intermetallic compound (IMC) layer brazed interface but also changed phase composition IMC layer. In joint, there two layers (layer I included θ-Fe4Al13 τ5-Al8Fe2Si adjacent seam, II was composed η-Fe2Al5 near side), while a newly formed nanoscale Fe-rich III which might consist FeAl Fe3Al found in treatment, causing interdiffusion between Fe high temperature. Incomplete brazing root deteriorated strength joint. 100 °C, fractured heat-affected zone on side, exhibited highest reached nearly 80% alloy. thicker led fracture when 200 °C.
