摘要: Recent advances in stem cell biology have raised expectations that both diseases of, and injuries to, the central nervous system may be ameliorated by transplantation. In particular, therapy has been studied for inducing efficient remyelination disorders of myelin, including largely pediatric myelin formation maintenance acquired demyelinations children adults. Potential cell-based treatments two major groups include delivery myelinogenic replacements mobilization residual oligodendrocyte progenitor cells as a means stimulating endogenous repair; choice modality is then predicated upon disease target. this review we consider potential application therapeutic strategies to highlighting promises well problems perils treatment approach.
