摘要: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, autoimmune, inflammatory demyelinating disorder of the central nervous system that leads to permanent neurological deficits. Current MS treatment regimens are insufficient treat irreversible disabilities. Tremendous progress in experimental and clinical applications cell-based therapies has recognized stem cells as potential candidates for regenerative therapy many neurodegenerative disorders including MS. Mesenchymal (MSC) induced pluripotent cell (iPSCs) derived precursor can modulate autoimmune response (CNS) promote endogenous remyelination repair process animal models. This review highlights studies involving immunomodulatory effects mesenchymal iPSCs models, their translation into neuroregenerative strategies
