摘要: Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is believed to be the cause of fatal poultry worldwide. The fusion (F) protein plays a key role in pathogenesis, and it also used for classification. In this study, we determined complete coding sequence F gene new velogenic NDV isolates with an intravenous pathogenicity index (IVPI) 1.8 mean death time (MDT) 72 or 48 h.
