摘要: The influence on lipase induction in Mucor hiemalis of different types triglycerides containing mainly oleic acid (olive oil), erucic (mustard or saturated fatty acids 8 to 16 carbons (coconut oil) was studied. fungus grown shake flasks a fermentation medium peptone, minerals, and glucose one the oils as carbon source. Maximum produced when initial pH kept at 4.0. Addition Ca did not increase production. optimum for activity both mycelial extracellular lipases found be 7.0. significant amount presence glucose, but increased markedly olive oil added beginning fermentation. later stage induce much enzyme. Studies with washed mycelia showed that greater released present than present. Among various used source, most effective inducing lipase. Olive mustard inhibited more those coconut oil. induced by particular type triglyceride seem specific same triglyceride, nor it specifically it. Irrespective medium, active against this specificity, shown activities an n-heptane system, due better emulsification M. can considered constitutive inducible.
