Glucose stimulates production of the alkaline-thermostable lipase of the edible Basidiomycete Antrodia cinnamomea

摘要: This paper describes a study of the extracellular lipase synthesised by submerged culture Antrodia cinnamomea in two different media (modified ME and modified YM). Lipase production increased substantially upon addition glucose; when it comprised 8% YM media, remarkably from 0 to 3.35 mU/ml 0.59 6.17 mU/ml, respectively. The activity decreased, however, beyond certain concentrations glucose. synthesis medium was superior that which occurred medium. In addition, optimum values pH temperature for crude were 11.0 60 °C, enzyme stable at between 7.0 12.0 temperatures up 80 °C. Thus, this novel A. is particularly alkaline-resistant thermostable.
