摘要: Abstract Two flavonoid glycosides, alquds and hesperidin were isolated purified from the aerial part of Taraxacum mongolicum , a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). After C 18 open column served as enrichment step, (HSCCC) was used for final purification. The target compounds finally with solvent system composed n -hexane– -butanol–water (1:1:2, v/v/v). In single operation, 0.6 g enriched extracts T . separated to yield 84.6 mg 45.1 mg purity 98.8% 98.1%, respectively. HSCCC fractions analyzed high-performance liquid (HPLC) chemical structures two glycosides identified UV, ESI-MS, 1 H NMR, 13 NMR HMBC analysis. Alquds obtained plant genus first time, which may be in vitro vivo studies reference substances analytical purpose. This technique should also applicable preparation unknown bioactive (TCM).
