摘要: If the project to bring ‘microfoundations’ into strategic management and organizational analysis (Abel et al., 2008; Felin Foss, 2005, 2006, 2009) simply means that we ‘we stress need build microfoundations rooted in individual action interaction’ (Felin 2009, p. 162), then should applaud it. But this simple valid proposition is complicated by added ambiguities. Strangely, current project: (a) ignores failure 1970s of macroeconomics on secure microfoundations; (b) retains damaging ambiguities; (c) ultimately inconsistent its own terms. I deal with these three issues turn focus insufficiency rhetorical bias their core claims propositions.
