摘要: A persistent puzzle in management research is competitive advantage and why certain firms excel getting ahead while others falter (Knott, 2003). One explanation the dynamic capability argument, which emphasizes a firm’s superior ability sensing new opportunities its environment seeking those by continuously adapting, integrating, reconfiguring key assets competences (Teece et al., 1997). Researchers have called for more work to identify micro-processes or mechanisms through develop capabilities (Argote Ingram, 2000; Spender Grant, 1996; Teece, 2007). In this paper, we present transactive memory as microfoundation of describe how an organizational system collectively encoding, storing, retrieving knowledge can facilitate combinative integration renovation organization’s assets.
