摘要: The 134 positions of the cleavage sites restriction endonucleases XbaI, HaeII and EcoRI were determined for a cytosine-containing DNA bacteriophage T4. This physical map was aligned with genetic map. T4 early regions further identified by hybridization RNA synthesized in vitro to fragments two promoter localized filter binding tests R-loop analysis.
