摘要: Automation of cell manipulation is required in several biotechnological fields, such as cloning, to obtain high repeatability and throughput. Noticeably scarce from the existing automated strategy estimation dielectric response interior exterior single morphologies. We present an alternating current induced electrorotation a around yaw-axis (in-plane) provide system model approach state space for rotation. Two pairs orthogonally arranged square tipped electrodes are applied with sinusoidal signals along phase shifts Electrodes fabricated by micro-milling process, which cost effective bio-compatible. experimentally demonstrate rotation bovine oocyte approximately 120 micron diameter. Experimental can be used estimate hidden parameters using stochastic estimation. This article demonstrates rotation, providing data identification method.
