摘要: Abstract Despite the information available about benefits of physical activity, many older adults are not participating in sufficient activity to influence their quality life positively. Activity professionals frequently intervene change this behavior with less than optimal results. This paper provides a framework approach changing levels by intervening according stage readiness for change, rather using one-sizefitsall approach. The Stages Motivational Readiness Change Model is discussed followed suggestions interventions at each stage.
