Research trend of joint ventures in construction: a two-decade taxonomic review

摘要: Purpose – This paper aims to systematically and critically explore the research trend of construction joint ventures (CJVs) in some selected leading journals over past two decades between 1993 2012. It is also expected that valuable insights into extended application JVs facilities service management maintenance could be generated from findings. Design/methodology/approach A powerful search engine “Scopus” was identify those have published CJV-related articles. The papers related CJVs, as retrieved journals, were first classified based on their relevance CJV study then analyzed terms annual number publications, focus studies applied methods techniques.
