摘要: The paper discusses teaching ESP to university students of psychology. study researched the method and implications English professional communication skills through medium students’ project work conducted on Internet-assisted basis. objective was reveal advantages combining such an advanced as learners’ professionally oriented in target language with their regular Internet search sites purpose finding relevant materials. Methodologically, besides observing during one academic year learning when working authors’ coursebook Psychological Matters (with both included mandatory activities into framework every unit), research based experimentally testing speaking, reading, listening writing development middle at end course. Students’ self-assessment also a method. done by compiling A Short Encyclopedia. for them psychologists, results reading that were presented classroom forms speaking English. revealed great benefits introducing suggested courses tertiary schools. outcomes demonstrated be substantially improved using approach.
