摘要: Muscle-invasive or metastatic bladder cancer (BCa) has a very poor prognosis; however, its mechanisms remain largely unknown. Previous studies have discovered multiple microRNAs (miRs) that are involved in BCa progression and regarded as potential biomarkers therapeutic targets. In this study, we demonstrated miR-92b could uniquely promote cell migration invasion of cells, but had no effect on proliferation. Mechanistically, our data provided evidence to verify was able directly target DAB2IP, well-known tumor suppressor, inhibit epithelial‑mesenchymal transition cells. Moreover, the increased expression levels were negatively correlated with predicted prognosis patients BCa. Overall, study reveals new promising biomarker contributing metastasis.
