摘要: A Josephson Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter which employs Self-Gating-AND (SGA) circuits as comparators has been designed and experimentally investigated. functional description of the SGA is presented design a four-bit A/D described. High-speed measurements demonstrate quantization 280 MHz sinusiodal inputs, three-bit 499 inputs at 1.0 GHz conversion rate.
