摘要: Background: For quantitative bioanalysis utilizing MS, the instrument of choice is typically a triple quadruple mass spectrometer. However, advances in high-resolution MS have allowed sensitivity and dynamic ranges to approach that quadrupole instruments. Results: A matrix-free protein digest, digested therapeutic intact peptide liraglutide were each analyzed on spectrometers with data compared. Samples from mouse PK study using two different instruments, equivalent exposure demonstrated. Conclusion: High-resolution can generate resulting identical parameters an in-life sample set, thus giving confidence either technique support biotherapeutic studies.
