摘要: In the process of establishing a less invasive assessment strategy for coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), incidence CAD and surgical mid-term outcomes were reviewed. From January 1994 through September 2001, 94 elective repairs AAA carried out. Preoperative angiography showed 43 (45.7%) had CAD: 29 (67.4%) asymptomatic, 23 single-vessel (1VD), 12 2VD 8 3VD. Of CAD, 19 (44.2%) underwent interventional therapy before surgery (11 percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTCA), bypass grafting). Eight asymptomatic therapy. None died cardiac causes or experienced postoperative event. During follow-up period, 10 late deaths occurred: 7 3 cerebrovascular deaths. There was no statistical difference survival rate between groups without CAD. Two PTCA during period. The findings confirm need that does not overlook myocardial ischemia, because is high.
