摘要: This study was aimed at evaluating early and long-term follow-up results of surgical reconstruction infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). A consecutive series 392 patients who underwent elective repair from 1974 to 2000 reviewed retrospectively. The mean age 69.8 years (range 34-90), with 329 males 63 females. hospital mortality rate 3.8% (15/392). Of the 203 that died during period, 28% (56/203) were due atherosclerotic diseases 25% (51/203) malignancies. Patients whom AAA surgery associated ischemic heart disease had a 5-, 10-, 15-year survival 62%, 30%, 9%, respectively. On other hand, those not 71%, 38%, 16%. aortoiliac occlusive in 51%, 11%, 0%; without 72%, 43%, 18%, There statistically significant differences between non-ischemic disease, non-aortoiliac rates These findings demonstrate or are higher risk than alone. Therefore, should be managed more intensively before, after operation.
