摘要: This article presents a current-mode universal biquadratic filter performing completely standard functions: low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-reject and all-pass functions, based-on current controlled differencing transconductance amplifiers (CCCDTAs). The features of the circuit are that: quality factor pole frequency can be tuned orthogonally via input bias currents: description is very simple, consisting merely 2 CCCDTAs, 1 voltage buffer grounded capacitors. Without any external resistors require component matching conditions, proposed suitable to further develop into an integrated circuit. PSPICE simulation results depicted. given agree well with theoretical anticipation. maximum power consumption approximately 6.45mW at ±1.5V supply voltages.
