摘要: Objective. To establish whether intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is associated with other diseases during a woman's lifetime. Design. Prospective controlled cohort study. Setting. University Hospital in Finland. Population. A total 575 women ICP and 1374 control women, all having delivered 1969–1988. Questionnaires were sent to 544 patients 1235 women. Responses received from 1178 (66.4%). Methods. Questionnaire survey autumn 2010. Main outcome measures. Perceived health, symptoms complaints, diagnosed by doctor use medicines. Results. No statistically significant differences detected perceived health. Differences recent complaints small. Diagnoses made showed higher frequencies the group than for hepatobiliary diseases, breast cancer hypothyreosis. Diagnosed hypertension high cholesterol requiring medication as well cardiac arrhythmia less frequent group. Women this used antacid medicines more often Conclusions. There few between except frequency later disease, history should be screened hypothyreosis readily those without. The warrants further research.
