摘要: Twenty-two patients were treated for symptomatic lesions of the superior glenoid labrum in association with instability tendinous insertion long head biceps brachii. A biodegradable implant was used to fix bony using an arthroscopic technique. At 2-year average follow-up, satisfactory results obtained 86% patients. Two patients, both whom had undergone concomitant subacromial decompression, continued complain pain after procedure; 3 restricted motion postoperatively, and 1 required manipulation under anesthesia. Twelve 13 overhead athletes able return full premorbid function. Arthroscopic fixation unstable led a resolution symptoms majority There no complications related use implant.
