摘要: The alkaloid rutaecarpine and its derivatives have been described as cytotoxic hold potential antitumor agents. Nevertheless, their synthesis is demanding compounds display poor water solubility. Herein, we describe the of two sets with amine functions to improve Using a classic shake-flask experiment potentiometric titration platform, solubility was determined. Solubility improved significantly connected over indole-N atom. Reduction metabolic activity cell viability on HeLa cells in same range or better for these compared chemically unaltered parent prepared new synthetic procedure established our group.
