摘要: The dynamic response of polar nanoregions under an AC electric field was investigated by measuring the frequency dependence quadratic electro-optic (QEO) effect in a paraelectric KTa0.61Nb0.39O3 single crystal near para-ferroelectric phase boundary (0 °C < T-Tc < 13 °C). QEO coefficient R11 − R12 reached values as large 5.96 × 10−15 m2/V2 at low (500 Hz) and gradually decreased to nearly stable value increased 300 kHz. Furthermore, distortion observed disappeared tended towards stability. giant attributed rearrangement its anomalous can be explained considering asymmetric distribution nanoregions.
