摘要: Abstract:  A 7-year-old girl presented with a 3-month history of small blue–brown papule arising within large sebaceous nevus on her temporal scalp. punch excision was performed that demonstrated hybrid follicular cyst. The majority the cyst wall displayed pilomatrical differentiation consisting basaloid matrical-type cells luminal shadow cell keratinization. matrical epithelium strong membranous, cytoplasmic, and nuclear staining for β-catenin. Only component infundibular differentiation. These findings were consistent predominantly displaying only lining. most common tumors nevi are syringocystadenoma papilliferum trichoblastoma. Follicular cysts (sebaceous cyst) trichilemmal (pilar exceedingly common, although their development appears to be rare. We report rare case occurring nevus.
