摘要: This report describes a spontaneous hybrid cyst in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rat. A 52-week-old, male SD rat had cutaneous on the left mystacial pad. Histologically, wall showed infundibular differentiation with keratohyalin granules granular layer and matrical comprising basaloid epithelial cells trichohyalin granules. The cavity was filled lamellar, flaky keratin aggregates of shadow cells. Immunohistochemically, infundibular-type epithelium positive for cytokeratin (CK) AE1/AE3, CK KL1 CK14 but negative CK15, whereas matrical-type all four isoforms examined. These immunohistochemical properties infundibular- epithelia were similar to those infundibulum inferior segment normal hair follicles, respectively. Based these findings, diagnosed as cyst, more than one type arising from various parts pilosebaceous unit.
