Annular and leaflet augmentation in Noonan's syndrome with dysplastic pulmonary valve.

摘要: Two patients with dysplastic pulmonary valves associated Noonan's syndrome successfully underwent leaflet augmentation pericardial membrane and annular enlargement preservation of valve competence. Both are doing well at 36 37 months, respectively, postoperatively. Echocardiography clinical assessment showed gradients 12 16 mmHg, negligible insufficiency. The surgical technique is simple provides an attractive alternative in small orifice annulus.
