摘要: The extracellular matrix in animal tissues usually provides a three-dimensional structural support to cells addition performing various other important functions. In the present study, wavy submicrometer laser-irradiated periodic surface structures (LIPSS) were produced on smooth polystyrene film by polarized laser irradiation with wavelength of 266 nm. Rat C6 glioma exhibited directional migration and oriented division polystyrene, which was parallel direction LIPSS. However, rat moved three-step invasion cycle, faster speed than that polystyrene. addition, focal adhesions examined immunostaining adhesion kinase human epithelial carcinoma HeLa punctuated whereas dash-like We hypothesized LIPSS acted as an anisotropic persistent mechanical stimulus guide cell spreading, through adhesions.
