摘要: In this study, 0.04 mol cerium (Ce) doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Y3Al5O12) nano phosphor particles were synthesized by co-precipitation. It was evaluated that precursor of Ce YAG (Ce:YAG) calcined at 1250 °C for 4 h had a mean size ~80 nm and whereas sample 12 h ~260 nm. Mean morphology the nanoparticles characterized X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy. These Ce:YAG two different sizes suspended in PMMA coated airbrush method on glass substrates grades surface roughness. Photoluminescence (PL) behavior these PMMA-Ce:YAG composite thin films investigated maximum emission intensity observed samples having thickness 2.28–3.97 µm 1.21–2.50 µm 12 h, respectively. found PL noted 523 nm 2.7 µm thick coating (calcined 4 h) with spherical morphology. The roughness to be 0.217 µm. adhesion strength film substrate pull off test technique its estimated value 1.13 MPa.
