摘要: This paper introduces the concept of Saudisation and briefly reviews its existing potential impacts consequences. The Saudi Government embarked on workforce as a strategic objective to nationalise tackle problem unemployment among nationals. governmental policy seeks force private sector hire more Saudis, establish priority for hiring domestic without relying market forces incentives. emphasises extent participation fundamental reasons which are contributing in unwillingness actively participate programme. It also investigates measures might help increasing sector. recommends adopting participatory approach policy-making process regarding where can with other counterparts.
