摘要: Unemployment pressures among nationals are emerging in the Cooperation Council for Arab States of Gulf (GCC). At a time when rapidly growing number young entering labor force and governments no longer able to act as employers first last resort, non-oil sector continues rely on expatriate meet its requirements most GCC countries. In this environment, policymakers face related challenges addressing unemployment while striking balance between maintaining liberal foreign policy reasonable level competitiveness sector.
