摘要: The hybrid magnetic resonance (MR)/X-ray suite (XMR) is a recently introduced imaging solution that provides new possibilities for guidance of cardiovascular catheterization procedures. We have previously described and validated technique based on optical tracking to register MR X-ray images obtained from the sliding table XMR configuration. aim our recent work was extend by providing an improved calibration stage, real-time during procedures, further off-line analysis mapping cardiac electrical data patient anatomy. Specially designed trackers dedicated object resulted in single step can be efficiently checked updated before each procedure. An distortion model has been implemented allows correction arbitrary c-arm orientations. During system combined MR/X-ray image display consisting live with registered acquired derived It also possible reconstruct location catheters seen applied registration 13 Our used ten radiofrequency ablations one aortic stent implantation. demonstrate using two exemplar cases. In cases we show how data, electrophysiology study map measurements anatomy different types catheters. cardiologists suggest could substantial value difficult interventional electrophysiological potentially reducing procedure time delivered radiation dose. Also, ability measured specific visualization path investigation electromechanical models.
