摘要: We describe a registration and tracking technique to integrate cardiac x-ray images magnetic resonance (MR) acquired from combined MR interventional suite (XMR). Optical is used determine the transformation matrices relating image coordinates. Calibration enable us combine projection with registered volume acquisition, display 3D reconstructions of catheters within volume. Registration errors were assessed using phantom experiments. Errors in (2D root mean square target error – RMS TRE) found be 2.4–4.2mm, integrated representation (3D 4.6–5.1mm. These are clinically acceptable for alignment heart great vessels. demonstrate that our can guide electrical mechanical information context patient-specific anatomy patient undergoing radio-frequency (RF) ablation.
