摘要: Digital Factory Technology helps not only to reduce the uncertainty from planning workshop execution, but also increase reliability and capability of facilities be installed or re-built. Moreover, it keeps production facility investment logistics costs under control. This thesis first gives a process-analysis based assessment dynamic demands pallets for component dispatching an assembly line. Then, by using simulation with Delmia/Quest Factory, demand forecast turns much more accurate. As result, total on in new effectively goes down.
