摘要: The current research studies a flexible die-casting plant in order to increase productivity pondering investment risks case of placing new components the production line. Digital models were developed by means Plant Simulation software package. Modeling tools are helpful represent movements and functions line also identify bottlenecks which improves decision-making process productive efficiency. Several numerical evaluated; findings suggest significant reductions cycle times span from 1.13 65.25% at best scenario. most drastic change simulations was add robot system improving flow. Moreover, results suggested that increased for more than 300%, mainly due synchronization elements.
