摘要: The second-harmonic generation (SHG) yield of both evaporated and spin-coated films some tri-substituted subphthalocyanines has been measured for three linear polarizations the fundamental beam. Partial molecular ordering in was achieved by corona poling technique. For is obtained through evaporation process itself. By proper fitting SHG data assuming C∞v symmetry nonzero independent components, χ31(2), χ15(2) χ33(2), susceptibility tensor have determined two types films. Kleinman condition (χ31(2)=χ15(2)) not obeyed.
