Spinal tuberculous arachnoiditis

摘要: Les arachnoidites tuberculeuses spinales sont des complications rares qui peuvent emailler le cours evolutif meningites en depit d'un traitement bien conduit. Nous rapportons deux cas d'arachnoidite survenant au de avaient ete traitees les 8 premiers jours leur evolution. Dans cas, signes cliniques associaient une paraparesie flasque et troubles sphincteriens. Le diagnostic a porte par imagerie resonance magnetique du rachis lombosacre apres 3 Il semaines d'evolution. L'adjonction d'une corticotherapie orale antituberculeux cependant permis amelioration clinique spectaculaire dans 2 cas. spinales, parfois tardivement evoque, est aisement confirme l'imagerie magnetique. Nos observations soulignent l'interet la voie generale pour eviter lourdes sequelles.
