摘要: ABSTRACT In our previous work, we had prepared a biodegradable amphiphilic three-armed star-shaped copolymers (SPCE) based on poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), which could form micelles by self-assembly method it was potential carrier for hydrophobic drug. For further application, the safety of SPCE evaluated in vitro vivo here. 13 C-NMR used to confirm formation aqueous solution, morphology observed transmission electron microscope (TEM). Also, thermostability blank determined Malvern Nano-ZS 90 laser particle size analyzer. toxicity evaluation included hemolytic test cytotoxicity. acute tests histopathological study were carried out BALB/C mice administrated (1 g/kg b.w.) intravenously. test, continuously 7 days, obtained their body weight every day, at last sacrificed following study: blood assigned chemistry routine analysis, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidneys study. All results indicated that self-assembled nontoxic; therefore, might be as safe candidate drug delivery system
