摘要: Abstract Nanostructured ZnO thin films were spray pyrolysis deposited on glass substrates using the zinc acetate dihydrate as precursor at substrate temperature of 523 K. The effect solution volume structural, morphological, electrical, optical and gas sensing properties film was investigated. growth nanopetals morphology observed for 30 ml. Enhanced electrical conductivity with but transmittance found to be decreased up 25% than that other films. influence tensile compressive stress in prepared samples Further room acetaldehyde behaviour 45 ml is reported.
