摘要: Aristotle's doctrine of the mean states that a virtue is state between two vices: deficient and an excessive one. The Corporate Ethical Virtues (CEV) Model defines corresponding vice for each its seven virtues. This paper these virtues explores why organizations characterized by vices increase likelihood their employees will behave unethically. are patronization, pompousness, lavishness, zealotry, overexposure, talkativeness, oppressiveness.
