摘要: This article presents experimental and modeled drying kinetics of turnip seeds as a function the type air-particle contact (fixed bed, pulsed fluidized bed), humidity air, three levels microwave irradiation. The effects those factors on time required to reach moisture content 0.1 kg/kg d.b. were determined with an design 12 experiments by using software Statgraphics. It was found that in drying, significant factor application microwaves bed. effect air only became noticed when contents below 0.2 kg/kg simplified variable diffusivity model (SVDM) gave least deviations for data. effective values this work are similar informed literature without application. combination fluidization resulted a...
