摘要: Semicarbazide is a newly recognized marine pollutant and has the potential to threaten shellfish, ecological equilibrium human health. In this study, we examined accumulation, distribution, chemical forms of semicarbazide in scallop tissues after exposure 10, 100, 1000 μg/L for 30 d at 10 °C. We found positive correlation between residues scallops concentration (p < 0.01). existed primarily free form all while bound ranged from 12.1 32.7% was tissue-dependent. The time reach steady-state enrichment 25 days highest levels were disgestive gland, followed by gills gonads mantle similar lowest adductor muscle. bioconcentration factor (BCF) low concentrations higher than that high concentrations. These results indicated can uptake seawater affects quality safety these types products when used as food source.
