摘要: Carbonic anhydrase-related protein VIII (CA-RP VIII) is believed to be an oncofetal antigen and overexpressed in colorectal non-small cell lung cancer. However, the pathobiological properties of CA-RP cancer remain unclear. In present study, we examined ultrastructural changes caused by exogenous expression a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma line, PC-9. Many vacuoles lined cilia, sometimes large pushing nuclei one side, were found cytoplasm VIII-expressing PC-9 cells, but not control cells. Moreover, signet-ring cells containing abundant intracytoplasmic mucin often among rarely We subsequently atypical adenomatous hyperplasia early-stage (Stage Ia).
