摘要: The clinical and histologic profiles of primary lung carcinomas with signet-ring cell carcinoma (SRCC) components were analyzed. SRCC seen in 39 cases (1.5%) 2640 surgically resected carcinomas. patients' mean age was 54.6 years (range, 32-76 years), the male-to-female ratio 1.16:1.00. Twenty-six patients (66.7%) smokers. component as part an adenocarcinoma 36 (acinar, 27 cases; mixed bronchioloalveolar acinar, 9 cases) adenosquamous 2 one lesion consisted only cells. morphologic appearance cancer nests containing classified into three patterns: solid, tubuloacinar, discohesive. Each case composed a varying proportion these patterns. divided two groups, according to those which occupied or = 50% (H-SRCC; n 19). frequencies blood vessel invasion, lymph node metastasis significantly higher H-SRCC group than 1634 adenocarcinoma, (non-SRCC). 5-year survival rates non-SRCC, l-SRCC, 52.7%, 50%, 28.4%, respectively. rate without different. Based on clinicopathologic characteristics, we following groups: 1) SRCC, occupies >or lesion, 2) feature, <50% lesion.
