摘要: Abstract To establish criteria for differential diagnosis and to clarify the histogenesis of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma (SRCC) lung, five cases were studied by mucin-histochemical immunohistochemical analyses compared with SRCC gastrointestinal tract mucus-producing adenocarcinoma lung. The proportion component varied from 10% 90% in four cases, remaining tumor was a pure SRCC. Mucin-histochemistry showed close similarity between lung goblet cell-type or bronchial gland Eighty percent SRCCs positive immunoreactions lactoferrin, marker differentiation, results being consistent conclusions previous studies that is closely related adenocarcinoma. incidence K- ras mutation detected restriction fragment length polymorphism method relatively high (three five) (four four). indicated has mucin production similar colon colorectal-type stomach but not gastroduodenal-type stomach. Immunohistochemical staining MUC-1 MUC-2 glycoproteins distinct difference; negative MUC-2, whereas gastric MUC-2. Thus, combination mucin-histochemistry immunohistochemistry, can be distinguished metastatic originating tract.
