摘要: This paper is part of the IEA ongoing analysis global renewable energy markets and policies. It focuses on six Southeast Asian countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. The report investigates potentials barriers for scaling up market penetration technologies in electricity, heating transport sectors countries. In addition to analysing implications effective policies growth, it examines how overcome economic non-economic that slow investment energy, offers policy recommendations encourage efficient exploitation Asia.
