摘要: A method enabling a mobile communication terminal belonging to an operator's network access service such as push mail, which comprises step of creating first permanent private connection between platform and the network, database users pre-payment services dynamic IP address-assigning server, further comprises: receiving request from terminal, identifying that requested by it, querying user in order determine whether identified enjoys prepayment for service, charging credit terminal's prepaid service.
